Giving

Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.” –Malachi 3:10

Giving

The illustration above helps us to measure our growth as good stewards of God’s blessings in our life. Stewardship is an element of discipleship.
The first leg of our journey is to take the first steps – to give generously and consistently understanding that we cannot out give God. As we grow in our spiritual life, we should evaluate where we are periodically and make adjustments to help us become more like Jesus. This evaluation should include our stewardship of the resources God has blessed us with. As we mature as Christians our focus should include blessing others and producing “fruit” through our actions. Through our witness (both verbal and in our actions) people will ask or wonder how their lives can be transformed. We can share how Christ has transformed us and how that transformation has positively affected every aspect of our life. This leads to kingdom growth and glorifies God.

Your giving is an act of worship and makes possible the ministry of changing lives, transforming communities and renewing the church. In addition to offerings given through the offering plate, or using the QR code via your smartphone on our bulletins, there are three additional ways to give:
